The Service comes as-is with no guarantees. We disclaim all warranties—implied, express, statutory—about how it works, what it includes, or whether it'll stay available. We make no promises that the Service runs without interruption or errors. We don't guarantee the accuracy of information, and we're not responsible if there are viruses, malware, or other harmful code in the system.
Governing Law & Disputes Resolution
The laws of the Country apply to these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Local and international laws may also apply depending on where you are. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we'll try to work it out.
Compliance & Regulations
EU users get the legal protections required in your country. If you're in the US, you're confirming you're not in an embargoed country or on any government restricted list.
Severability and Waiver
If a part of these Terms doesn't hold up, we'll interpret it as close to the original intent as possible. Everything else stays in effect. Not enforcing something now doesn't mean we can't enforce it later. Letting one violation slide doesn't excuse the next one.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
If we translated these Terms, the English version wins in a dispute. We can change these Terms whenever we want. Big changes get 30 days' notice. If you keep using the Service after changes go live, you've accepted them. These are effective as of today.
